Terms and Conditions

* Cancellation policy: This reservation can not be cancelled or modified.

* Booking policy: Deposit 5 %. Full payment will be done at check-in day.

* Amendment policy: Amend at least 3 Days

* Incase of no show: a penalty of 100% will be applied.

* Please fill in the credit card form below. Your credit card will not be charged at this time.

After click “Proceed to Payment” you will be redirected to Paypal Payment Gateway, please re-enter your credit card details to make deposit online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, or Discover. If you wish to amend your booking, you may do so via the hotel’s website. Deposit charged will still be withheld and will only be refunded in full amount if you make a cancellation and that your cancellation is within the cancellation policy.

All of your card information are processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. The amount will appear on your credit card statement under the name of our reservation system provider “Cherish Hotel Hue”

* Check-in time is from 14:00 PM and Check-out time is till 12:00 PM
